Twenty years have passed since the combining robot Dandivine defeated the mysterious invaders known as the Aposdoll, bringing a era of peace to the world. However, for toy manufacturer Casga, whose fortunes were built on the popularity of Dandivine merchandise, that peace has come at a cost. The company’s reliance on the legendary robot’s fame has steadily led to its decline.
The once-thriving business has struggled to find its footing in the post-Dandivine era, leaving Casga’s president, Genjurou Shijima, desperate for a solution. In an attempt to revive both Dandivine and his struggling company, Genjurou dreams of the robot’s return – even if it means disrupting the peace that has held sway for two decades.
Then, as if in answer to his wish, the Aposdolls suddenly reappear in Tokyo, sending shockwaves through a population that had known nothing but peace for two decades. Panic spreads rapidly as citizens struggle to comprehend the sudden return of an enemy thought defeated.
High school student Gekiha Shijima is recruited by his uncle, Yuusaku Kuroiwa, the former main pilot of Dandivine, to join the fight against the Aposdolls. With his unique skills and experience, Gekiha finds himself at the center of a new battle.
